Pumpkin Pie Spice
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
4 teaspoons ground nutmeg
4 teaspoons ground ginger
3 teaspoons ground allspice
Directions:
Combine all spices and mix well. Store in a small airtight container or even a ziplock bag.
Use as much as your pie recipe calls for or 2 3/4 t for one pumpkin pie..double if you like it spicy.
Serves: 8
